Notarial services

Due to country agreements, you may sometimes be required to produce legal documentation in Brazil or in the UK, such as a certified copy of a document, a legally witnessed signature, or a certificate of non-impediment.  

We can help you with these arrangements by offering a range of documentary (notarial) services.  What we cannot do though is to give you legal advice or translate documents however we can provide you with a list of both sworn translator and solicitors.

We offer the following range of documentary (notarial) services:

If you are applying for a Legalisation or other document in person then you can pay for this service either by credit card with the Visa or MasterCard logo, or in cash or by cheque in Reais.

If you are applying for a Legalisation or other document with us by post, then we only accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. You must send a completed credit card payment authorisation form with all applicant and cardholder details, together with a copy of any identification that contains a signature (e.g. a passport, driving license, etc) if the applicant and cardholder are not the same person. We do not accept any other form of payment for postal applications.
