This document can be issued at the nearest British Embassy, Consulate or Honorary Consulate.

Before issuing this document you should register at the LOCATE. The registration is done on line on the website  www.ukinbrazil.fco.gov.uk. 

To issue this document we will need:

• Your original passport
• The names of your father and mother
• Your civil status
• Proof of your addresses (utility bill)
• Two photos (3x4).
• Fee:  Please contact the brazil.consular@fco.gov.uk  for fee information and to book an appointment.
